Pipe Volume Pump

What the adjustable valve 0-100 Liters mean, what it does? What is the parctical usage of the pump?
My experience is that the volume pump is pumping more at higher pressures (which makes sense, 1L at 1 bar is way less than 1L at 10 bar). this would need to be confirmed!
- It's almost certainly in L/tick, not L/s. Everything else in the game seems to be per tick.
Rename to Volume Pump
