==Description==
A Blast Door is a powered [[Portal]] that will withstand extreme forces. They have no limit to the [[Pressure]] they can constrain, have a very high resistance to [[Damage]] and consumes #W of [[Power]] per [[Tick|Tick]]. Blast Doors can be used in the contruction of an [[Airlock]].

A Blast Door has separate [[Power Port]] and [[Data Port]] ports and indicator lights which will turn red if the door is locked and green if the door is unlocked. As long as the door is both unlocked and unpowered, it can be manually operated using a [[Crowbar|crowbar]].

Since a Blast Door offers no option for manual operation, they must be controlled by one of:

* [[Circuitboard (Door Control)|Door Control]]
* [[Logic Writer]]
