The headlamp is an alternative to equipment like the [[Space Helmet]] and can be equipped in slot #1. It has a slot for a single battery and can provide light when turned on.

It is part of the starting equipment for players on [[Loulan]], but is much less useful on worlds that do not have a "shirtsleeve" atmosphere and require a suit and helmet.
