==Description== <!--T:1-->
Used to lower the temperature inside a room.
It will flash an error if certain things are not present like:
* Pipe Radiator
* Atmosphere in the room you're trying to cool (minimum is around 5-8kpa, not sure exactly, will flash an error if too low)
* gasses in the coolant pipe (At least 12.5 kpa)

Game update 0.2.1783.8193 Changed the wall cooler where the efficiency drops as the temperature difference becomes too large. If the waste network becomes 100 degrees warmer than input, efficiency begins to drop until zero at 200 degrees. This is highlighted on the graph on the right.

==Usage== <!--T:2-->
Place the Wall Cooler and run some pipes to the place you want to vent the heat. Place a few Pipe radiators on the pipe, fill it with whatever gasmixture you want and start the machine, it will slowly lower the temperature.

<!--T:3-->
* Best coolant for now Water, but Pollutant aka X is more abundant.
* The wall cooler works by removing 1000 Joules of energy/tick (2000J/s) from the atmosphere and adding it into its pipe.

Storing water got you down? At the expense of power, you can turn that excess water into a bunch of heat and a somewhat risky mix of Oxygen and Volatiles using the new Electrolysis Machine. Available on the existing Atmospherics kit with Air Conditioners and Filtration machines.

Usage
# Select Kit (Atmospherics) for placement, and change the variant to Electrolyzer.
# Connect liquid pipe to the Input liquid connection to transfer water into the machine.
# Connect gas pipe to the Output gas connection to remove the created H2 and O2.

Notes
* H2 and O2 are produced mixed together in a single gas pipe, creating a dangerous fuel mixture that can be directly used in a furnace.
* If the temperature inside the Electrolyzer reaches 32°C, autoignition occurs, creating heat, and converting virtually all O2 and H2 inside the machine into CO2 and X. Keep this in mind on high-temperature worlds.
* If autoignition occurs, it doesn't propagate to the gas pipe connected to the Electrolyzer, so the gas already removed is safe, provided it is insulated from further temperature increases.
* The Electrolyzer's internal volume is generally separated from the pipe network, and it can release its content only if the machine is turned on.
Loulan has a breathable atmosphere and the temperature range is not hazardous. It has ruined structures scattered across the terrain which can be scavenged for building supplies. The player starts with a hardsuit backpack and a headlamp, but without a helmet or suit and this is not a serious handicap. A jetpack is not part of the starting equipment. Battery charging is not a matter of life and death, but without batteries the headlamp will not light your way at night.

The greatest challenge is food since seeds are not part of the starting equipment. The player must either scavenge some seeds from ruins, trade, or use an Organics Printer to create them. While the gas mix is compatible with farming, the low night temperature is not, so a greenhouse must be operated at the right temperature. The easiest way is to open up the airlock during the day with warm 20 degrees air, and close it at night.
The starting kit doesn't contain seeds, but it contains the equipment required for trading. And unlike on some other worlds, a portable water tank is also provided in the starting kit, however setting up water bottle filling will require some work.

One the main difficulties of Venus is that it doesn't contain Ice (Oxite), and the atmosphere also lacks Oxygen. But you are able to find Ice (Volatiles).
For those looking for a harder challenge, Vulcan should fit the bill. The atmosphere is mostly volatiles, and it's very hot. Be very careful with oxygen, because it can and will combust if it is released in the atmosphere. For that reason, the planet lacks ice, and one must trade instead of mine to obtain gases such as oxygen and nitrogen.
Loulan

Basic walls, they are airproof.

Once the Iron Walls are placed, the walls are then completed by placing Iron Sheets over them, the placement of which does not require tools.

In order to disassemble, the Crowbar is needed to remove the Iron Sheets, then the Angle Grinder is used to remove the Iron Walls.

The kit offer two variants : an opaque wall or a composite window :
* The wall require one IronSheet to complete
* The composite window require one Iron Sheet, then one Glass Sheet to complete. This window is similar to the steel one, except there is no white border around the glass

Notes
* You can't place structures on walls, but you can place a wall on a frame, place your structures on the wall/frame and afterwards deconstruct the frame. Which will leave you with your structures seemingly attached to the wall. This has since been corrected and you can now place items on walls. Keep in mind that the walls are a little "picky" when placing items.
* Composite walls appear to resist temperatures up to 2000K on the finished side. The temperature resistance on the unfinished side seems to be infinite.
The properties and behavior are like Composite Walls. However, they offer six different looks.

Bellow are all the variations. There is no mistake on the Small Panel Two Tones and Small Panels Mono Chrome : the textures seems to be inverted (as of version 0.2.1774.8154)
The Two Tones is identical to the Monochrome if painted black or white (default).
The arrow always stay red, but it is not the same as the spray can so it will stay slightly visible.
